Pixels

My pixels are quite interactive.

Also pretty much the only pixel "artwork" I have ever done is where the pixels form "art" based on my coding and how the game is played.

Edit: Oh and

What are you thinking about right now?

And I thought the increase was bad enough way back when I went from my copy of the Red version to Gold.

The price of increased storage capacity indeed.

The Muddy Sand Game

I did improve the water particle. Without making a completely separate movement function for the water, there's always going to be some amount of buildup under spawners that are in the same area. It does however even out way faster now, and when in large amounts behaves somewhat like it is under pressure.

As for the issue with the menu having trouble recognizing your clicks when you have a lot of particles, if your computer experiences any small level of frame rate drop it can make badly timed clicks go unnoticed. I had tried to remedy this by giving priority to the processing of the main area when the mouse is over it, and priority to the menu when the mouse is over it. I may have coded this game better than the original falling sand game, but you can only make some odd 288,000 pixels that could be twenty one different things run so fast!

Anyway, the next thing I'm planning on coding is a separate class of objects like a rotating wheel with four spokes that spin depending on how many particles are on which part of it or something such. I'll also add in an erase type check box.

How did you find rpgmaker.net and why did you stick around?

I found rpgmaker.net by doing a search for "the real men network" on Google. It was the third result on the page so I'd figured that I'd stop by.

The second result is actually the list of my latest posts on here. :P
Why was I doing a search for "the real men network", you ask? ...

Not sure if im in the right section but can anyone tell me why they decline games, what are some reasons?

More than likely outdated decree found by using my superpower, "Eht Ytiliba Ot Esu elgooG"

"Executive Decision 19.1.6 (c) iii - BCB

November 8th, 2007

To our netizens,

This decision/signing statement may also be known as BCB - Bad Content Ban. It is an addition to kentona's game and review submission rules.

The aforementioned game policy, while much more effective than our previous policy (if only because we didn't have one), had one glaring fault: as long as you met the basic criteria, we would approve your content, no exceptions. Ladies and gentlemen, that day is over.

Effective immediately, we will only approve content that we deem worthy. We reserve the right to reject your submitted content on the basis that it sucks. Only content that is believed to be of a certain level of quality will be approved by our moderation team, else they face the wrath of my future ex-wife.

What does this mean for the average user? Well, nothing really. This is not meant to be a form of censorship and we're not going to actively looking for reasons to deny your content. The vast majority of our users here generate decent enough discussion and submit good enough work. However, it does mean we will refuse to be a breeding ground for spastic noob submissions. Chances are if you're new to the rpgmaker scene, your first few submissions will be denied until you catch up to speed.

However, there won't be any "lol no" comments. We'll specify what is wrong and give you the opportunity to correct it.

Sincerely,

Robert Holbert I, The Conquerer
First and Much Beloved Emperor,

The Muddy Sand Game

So, in the build I just uploaded I finished the new spawner code (left mouse button is regular particles, right mouse is spawn for particles), made the save files names less 'now what the heck is this jumble of numbers mean' and more understandable date, and the save file name is now showed in the lower right-hand corner for a couple of seconds after the game is saved.

Geez, I might as well change the game status from being completed to in production. :P

People are still struggling with this? It has been 10 years since rpgmaker was out... Anyway, I bet anything that you used windows media player to play some midi, paused if for some reason, then quit wmp later. Pausing midi in wm brings the synthesizer volume to 0 and that is where your problem is. Guaranteed.
lol rpg maker should really tune it up a bit with the glitches and problems.
Or maybe you should quit using pirated programs from a decade ago.
